Don Thayer - Owner

My name is Don Thayer, and I've been in the alarm business since 2006. The first several years focused on home security systems, while the past 6 years has been more emphasis on commercial fire alarm service and inspections. My earliest experience in electronic repair was as an avionics technician in the Marine Corps after high school.

We provide monitoring, service, new installations and inspections for both commercial fire alarm and residential security systems. Our business philosophy is that the customer always comes first. We're on call 24/7, and emergency service takes priority over all other issues. For example, if a service call comes in while performing an annual inspection, the service call takes priority. A Technician is On Call 24/7 to resolve issues immediately, including lost codes, programming problems, refresher courses on system operation, late-night service calls at any time. We have the knowledge and experience to handle issues with systems quickly and efficiently, and the capability to troubleshoot other brands with minimum inconvenience to the customer.

Alarm system Monitoring by a UL listed Call Center can be included for fee, ensuring your family and valuables are protected 24/7, and notifying our company of problems with system operation, communication or power.

In addition to alarm service, we perform inspections and installations, as well as service, inspections, and sales of fire extinguishers for your property. This includes 6 year internal service and 12 year hydro-testing according to the requirements of NFPA 10.
